No. All applications are filled online on the official government portals. Certificates are downloaded as digitally-signed PDFs and sent to you on WhatsApp. Some services (Aadhaar biometric update, driving test) do require a one-time visit to the designated centre.
Walk-in: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 8 PM. Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM. Same hours as our repair services.
Our service charge is ₹30–₹500 depending on the form. Government fees are separate and paid directly to the government portal. We tell you both amounts before filling.
If the portal is down or there's a technical issue, we try again or fill it the next day. We don't charge if we can't complete the application.
