Have these ready before the visit
Your device model (on the bottom sticker). What happened and when. Any error messages (take a photo). Your charger. A working power socket near the device.
What we do differently
We confirm the visit and its fee on WhatsApp before arriving. We bring our own tools. We do not ask for your passwords. If the repair needs data access, we ask for your explicit consent first.
